Are you ready? In the light of the recent press release by the Munroe family, I began to wonder am i ready? What has God placed in your hand?,  what report will he find? The story of the talents that  people love quoting is one that comes to mind. Usually people focus on the volume. Two producing two, five producing five, things like that. But the most important lesson is that there was productivity, movement and growth. That is what God expects in your house, church, family, school, office, interactions and relationships with people. If that productivity doesn't exist, then you actually are not living the God kind of life. Wherever you find yourself, the office with the annoying colleague, at home with mean neighbours, you are meant to cause change. You have a kind of life to live that anything short of that would make the record of your existence void.                                 ...

Phillipians 4:6-8 (MSG) Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. Recently i have been exposed to some songs. Not the regular gigs but some that stir something deep in my soul. There's a difference between singing, song and sung. Many people that are sufficient in themselves would not have the slightest idea what this means. Its a sign of desperation, utter realisation that you are the end of the road. Its really cute and warm and comforting when your friends ask you this question or someone that really fancies you and you aren't giving them the time of day. Out of the whole song this is the only line that calls to me. It is very easy to get swallowed up in the familiar reverie that I've been church and  christian my whole life, but yet you are as independent and detached.
